The desire to give back to the community caused Mr. Calnan to evaluate how he could use his expertise to increase donations to charities. This encouraged Mr. Calnan to create Charity Alliance Realty. The purpose of the company is to assist home buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, and as an added benefit, help give back to the community.

Mr. Calnan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and a certified e-PRO®. (What's an e-PRO®?) He gives back to the community through donations, volunteering, and occasionally teaches at California State University Northridge in the Department of Finance, Real Estate, and Insurance.

Mr. Calnan’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. His diverse background includes positions in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
